JCO specializes in low volume, low automation mechanical assemblies with the goal to simplify your supply chain without sacrificing quality or flexibility. Our areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, the following:

• fixtured and non-fixtured mechanical assembly
• casting / molding / bonding with 2-part adhesives
• steel rule die cutting
• part design and manufacturing with UV resin and FDM 3D printing
• heat or ultrasonic welding of small plastic components
• process documentation

We use Solidworks and MS Office products.
