Lab and Process Scale Clamps and Sanitary Manifolds

We design and manufacture TFF clamps and sanitary holders that are compatible with TFF cassette filters from all the major competitors: Millipore, Pall, Sartorius, and Repligen.

The holder designs are available at lab scale (less than 0.5m²) through process scale (up to 60m²).

• Lab scale holders are are manually torqued (typical) but are also available with pneumatic actuation for high throughput applications.
• Process scale horizontal holders are manually torqued with a membrane capacity from 0.5-5m².
• Process scale vertical holders are hydraulically torqued with membrane capacity from 2.5-60m².

Hydraulic Pump – designed specifically for use with our Auto-Torque filter clamps and holders. It is an air-over-oil pump that utilizes compressed air where 100 psi air input will yield 3500 hydraulic pressure. It has a small footprint and is designed with a built-in user adjustable relief valve to protect against over-pressurizing your filter stack.
